Terms of Service

① "Service" refers to all features provided by AI SVG Icon Generator, including AI-powered SVG icon generation, SVG Viewer, SVG to PNG Converter, SVG Optimizer, and the public icon gallery.

② "User" refers to anyone who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

③ "Generated Content" refers to SVG icons and other outputs produced by the AI through the Service.

④ "Gallery" refers to the public collection of AI-generated icons shared by Users.

① These Terms shall be posted on the Service website for Users to access.

② The Service may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws. Amended Terms shall be announced at least 7 days prior to their effective date.

③ If a User continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

① Users shall comply with these Terms and applicable laws when using the Service.

② Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Generating illegal, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
2. Bypassing rate limits or abusing the Service
3. Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
4. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service
5. Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties
6. Violating applicable laws and regulations

① The Service shall make reasonable efforts to provide a continuous and stable service.

② The Service shall handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

③ The Service shall make reasonable efforts to address User complaints and feedback.

① Generated Content may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

② The Service does not guarantee the uniqueness of Generated Content or that it does not resemble existing designs.

③ Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Generated Content does not infringe on third-party rights.

④ Generated Content is provided as-is without warranty regarding accuracy, quality, or suitability for specific purposes.

① Intellectual property rights to the Service's website design, code, and features belong to the Service operator.

② Users retain the right to use icons they generate through the Service.

③ Icons saved to the public Gallery may be viewed and downloaded by other Users. Users who save icons to the Gallery grant other Users the right to use them.

① The Service conducts content moderation to maintain a safe and appropriate service environment.

② Content that violates guidelines may be filtered or removed without prior notice.

③ The Service reserves the right to restrict access for Users who repeatedly violate content policies.

① The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

② The Service may be temporarily interrupted in the following cases:

1. Maintenance, updates, or technical improvements
2. System failures or force majeure events
3. Excessive traffic or security threats

③ The Service shall make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for planned interruptions.

① The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

② The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

③ AI-generated icons are for reference only and may not be suitable for all purposes. The Service makes no representations regarding medical, legal, or professional advice.

④ The Service shall not be liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond its control.

① The Service shall compensate for damages to Users caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to the Service.

② Users shall compensate for damages to the Service or third parties caused by violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

① The Service and Users shall resolve disputes arising from the use of the Service through good-faith negotiation.

② If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek mediation through the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) or the Korean Consumer Agency.

① These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
